Hello!  I am one of the School Counselor's at Stewart Middle School.  I have been a part of the Eagle Family since 2004!  I have two adult children.  They are the loves of my life!  I am blessed to have a beautiful family!  I also have a loving church family (New  Mountaintop Baptist Church).  I have a supportive work family here at Stewart Middle!  I am grateful to live and work in Douglas County!

  I was born in Hattiesburg, Mississippi; I received my primary, secondary and undergraduate education in Hattiesburg.  I earned my B.S. in Biological Sciences at the University of Southern Mississippi.  I earned my M.S. degree several years later (2000) at Jacksonville State University (Alabama).

  I have 27 years of experience as an educator. 
I look forward to working here at Stewart Middle School until retirement!!
