 Ms. White was born and raised in Fort Smith Arkansas. She has lived in Georgia for over 20 years.
She is the proud parent of two daughters and a son. In her free time, she enjoys: exercising,
traveling, attending live entertainment events, reading, relaxing and spending time with her family
and friends. Ms. White received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Art in Learning
Disabilities from Clark Atlanta University.
Ms. White has served in the profession of education for over 19 years at the middle and high
school level. Ms. White’s past experience as a classroom teacher, Administrator, IST for Special
Education and a Special Education Advocate has informed her belief that educating students is
most effective through a collaborative and comprehensive approach. As an Assistant Principal, Ms.
White is able to offer different dynamics, expertise, approaches, and strengths to collaboratively
plan and implement programs that can yield success. Her approach to working with students is to
examine their entire life i.e. social, family, personal beliefs and environment so that she
can effectively collaborate with them in navigating a path where they can feel the most success.
